

APT Response was founded in 2003 by the owner/manager Chris Bell. The company provides a number of professional services either directly to clients or through a small number of associate organisations.

Profile – Chris Bell
I specialise in project, programme, stakeholder and business change management and can demonstrate many years experience of either managing or supporting projects in companies and governmental organisations - both large and small.
These projects have, typically, ranged in value from several hundred thousand pounds to multi-million pound initiatives involving either small teams or groups of up to 50+ people. I am comfortable working at all levels in an organisation up to and including Board level.
My professional qualifications include PRINCE2 & MSP and an MBA (with distinction) from the University of Liverpool.
Importantly, I am used to adapting to new situations and can “get up to speed” quickly and deliver value within relatively short time periods to make a real, positive, difference. This has been particularly important in my interim management roles.
People enjoy working with me and my clients have always extended my contracts. I can provide excellent references from a variety of engagements upon request.
